Sept. 3-06 Kelp Beds and Cruise Ship
In the summer, cruise ships pass daily on their way to and from Alaska. This one, cruising in the Queen Charlotte Strait, was taken looking out toward the mainland from a Malcolm Island beach. Other ships pass by our windows taking the Broughton Strait passage route between Sointula, on Malcolm Island and Port McNeill, on Vancouver Island.
