June 8-09 Crab n' Asparagus
Two kinds of asparagus garnish our fresh crab. On the right is Pacific Samphire commonly called "Sea Asparagus", which is found locally in tidal marshes. On the left market garden asparagus whose young shoots we indulge in during its season.
