An eagle's life span is approximately 50 years.
Adult females can have a wingspan of approximately 2.1 meters (7 feet) and can weigh as much as 5.8 kg (12.8 lb). Adult males can have a wingspan of 2 meters (6 feet, 6 inches) and can weigh approximately 4.1 kg (9 lb). They are BIG birds.
